Started in February 2010 by Adam Sobel, The Cinnamon Snail is a vegan food truck that serves Hoboken, Jersey City and Red Bank, New Jersey. They serve vegan breakfast and lunch with plenty of local, organic ingredients in the mix. They seem to have the most deliciously, amazing sounding list of vegan donuts and pastries. The Cinnamon Snail also makes guest appearances in NYC so be sure to check their facebook for their daily updates. They tell you where they will be, when they will be there and what they will be serving.
Not only good for you, The Cinnamon Snail is good for the soul. They aim to help those in need, to care for people who are suffering and to make a different in the best way possible. Since they started in 2010 they have already donated more than $3000 for the animal protection group, Farm Sanctuary. These are truly good people doing good things, people you should support because they actually care 🙂
