New Moisture On The Bloq.

20 Aug

I am a pretty devoted St. Ives body lotion user because they do not test on animals, don’t use any animal by products, are fair enough in price and are readily available. But lately I have been having a hard time finding St. Ives body lotions, I went to 5 Targets and 1 CVS and there was none to be found. So as a last-ditch effort, I went to Conway knowing that they always have some St. Ives lying around at a bit of an inflated price. Of course they had what I wanted so I grabbed 2 bottles but as I was leaving I saw these little square, bottle joint things that said Method on them. Knowing that Method products are mostly all natural and are not tested on animals I was pretty psyched that they had them there, even more excited when I noticed they were only $1.99 for 10 ounces. So I grabbed a couple and went on with my day.

Last night I decided to try this Method Bloq lotion out, I was prepared for it to be not so moisturizing because that happens to me a lot. I find many lotions to be too sticky afterwards or drying. I am serious about my body lotion, I moisturize 2x a day and use almost a bottle per week plus to me there is nothing worse than buying something you cannot use. That is the worst. Anyways back to the Method at hand, this Bloq lotion is the bomb, I am using the ‘Go Getter’ one which is ‘Green Mint’ scented. It is made from nice natural ingredients like aloe, shea butter, peppermint oil, vitamin e, jojoba oil and a host of other good for you and good for the planet ingredients. As soon as I opened the cap I noticed the smell of mint right away, so refreshing and light, it was love at first sniff. The texture of the lotion is not super thin or super thick, it’s somewhere in the middle which is nice. It blends into the skin well and you do not need tons of it to cover your body. Simply tilt the little box and the lotion comes out of this mess free, good-looking, recyclable packaging. A+ all around.

This Bloq Rocks.
