Wembe is an organic, vegan, wild and earth friendly company who churns out the goodness when it comes to soaps and body products. All of their products are made in Paraguay from the finest ingredients that the rain forest has to offer. Renewable, sustainable and hand-made by locals, using Wembe products is truly a treat. They make bath salts, soaps, moisturizers and best of all ‘green’ gift sets.

I personally stumbled across some Wembe soaps at Marshalls and bought everyone I could find. Not only is the soap Eco-friendly they also make their packaging from recycled paper  as well. This is a rather young company so they are just coming to the market place, be sure you keep an eye out for their products in select retailers from NYC to Japan. A Tisket, A Tasket, A Vegan Goodie Basket.

So one of my awesome twitter followers (@Harry Thomps1978) tweeted me a link to this delicious sounding vegan goodie basket by Virginia Hayward. This ‘hamper’ is full of snacks like fudge sauce, dried fruit, preserves, sesame snacks and a bunch of other vegan goodness. This basket is the perfect birthday, holiday or thank you gift for a vegan or vegetarian in your life and honestly the basket sounds so good I am sure non-veg heads would love it just the same. The coolest thing I noticed was at the bottom of the page offering this basket, the company actually asks for your input as to how they can improve this basket. What the should add to it etc. Very cool of the company to be so open and accepting of feedback like that.
