The longer I am veg and the deeper I get into it, the more I become obsessed with ‘grain’ based veggie burgers. I never liked ground beef so something emulating that really does not do it for me these days. Those 2 things combined make my love for The ‘World’s Best ‘Veggie Burger even deeper.
With a base of millet and quinoa, rounded off with some sweet potato and spices, Hilary’s Eat Well has struck gold with their veggie burger recipe. It is a truly unique recipe that tastes unlike any other veggie burger I have sampled. Crunchy on the outside yet not hockey puck like on the inside, these burgers can be toasted in the toaster for about 3 minutes or pan fry for 6. A very quick and easy eat, if you ask me.
Clocking in at 200 calories, The ‘World’s Best’ Veggie Burger also offers up 4 grams of fiber, 4 grams of protein, as well as a good amount of both Iron and Vitamin A. These burgers are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, yeast and corn making all major allergies a non-issue. Add to the fact they are Certified Vegan and Non Gmo Verified.
Now lastly, we must touch upon their packaging. They come in packs of 2, no box, no nonsense just a bio-degradable bag by EarthAware who we just happened to blog about last month. So we can round it up by saying, no meat, no mess and no trash, are all parts of The ‘World’s Best’ Veggie Burger 😉
