Stress can show its face in many forms when it comes to our bodies. Below I have listed some common symptoms of stress, of course these symptoms maybe caused by something else but overall these are some prime examples of what stress can and will do to the human body…

3- Fatigue.

4- Hair Loss.

5- Stomach Aches, Nausea, Indigestion, Gas.

6- Muscle Tension, Aches and Cramps.

7- Hearthurn.

8- Increased Blood Pressure.

9- More Painful Periods and Cramps.

To keep stress away from your realm, try daily exercise, yoga, meditation and of course a well balanced plant based diet 🙂

    I wonder if oral ulcers are also a sign of stress?

      I know for a fact that most oral ‘ulcer’ like situations are totally triggered by stress and a not so hot diet.
      I know people who have kept their herpes virus at bey for years by losing the stress and changing their diet.
      Lack of sleep, smoking and stress all trigger those ulcers to show face, been there, dealt with it and it sucks but since I changed my lifestyle I am no longer plagued with cold sores.
