Plant Fusion.

So I was fortunate enough to attend the NYC Veg Food Fest, it was a great event full of wonderful products. I bought as many things as I could and one of my favorite purchases is this product, Plant Fusion. This all natural, plant-based, vegan protein power is soy-free and hypoallergenic, it tastes great and it is full of protein. The usual issue I have with plant-based protein supplements is that they tend to be lower in protein content then say, whey for example. Whey is usually 20-30 grams per scoop as opposed to 5-10 you get with plant-based powders and when you are trying to put on lean muscle it all counts. Luckily this is not an issue with Plant Fusion because Plant Fusion contains 21 grams of protein per serving, making it an easy way to replace some of they whey you use.

Plant Fusion is blend of pea, artichoke, sprouted amaranth and sprouted quinoa and no it does not taste like any of those things 😉 It has a very light taste to it, a nice texture and it is not overpowering. If you are used to using a dairy derived supplement you will notice the difference but if you supplement you will also know how good this product really does taste. In the world of supplements, the bad far outweigh the good but with products like Plant Fusion breaking into the market it is becoming way easier for us to pick and choose where we get our extra protein from.

Even if you are not a veg head, you should look into Plant Fusion because as we all know, it is way better to get our protein from various sources as opposed to animal only sources. Plus lets face it, the body just likes plants better 🙂 Plant Fusion Homepage.
