Go Raw.

29 Jan

Started in 2002 by Freeland Foods, Go Raw is an awesome line of all raw, organic goodness. They source the freshest seeds and ingredients and combine them in magical ways to bring raw snacks to a store near you. All of their foods are all natural with no added sugars or animal by products. By keeping their foods raw, we, the consumer get to enjoy all the benefits that come with eating raw, more nutrients, more enzymes and loads of fiber.

Go Raw makes these AMAZING raw food bars. My youngest sister hooked me up with a Banana Bread one for XMas and it was off the hook!!! I knew I was going to love it so I procrastinated eating it (a whole 48 hours) until I could find more of them at the store. Well I didn’t come across them at Whole Foods or Vitamin Shoppe so I will have to keep looking. In addition to the bars they also make crackers, sprouts, chocolate and granola to name a few.

Eating raw is one of the healthiest ways to eat without a doubt and companies like Go Raw make it simple to snack in the healthiest way possible. Whole Foods carries Go Raw products as do lots of health food stores and juice bars. Keep an eye out for them and you must try one of their goodies when you come across them. Oh yeah, one more thing, all of their goods are packaged in-house so there is absolutely no chance of cross contamination ๐Ÿ˜‰
