Drink This After You Work Out.

This shake is a delicious way to refuel your body after a tough work out. Feel free to replace the almond milk with soy, hemp or rice, whatever floats your boat. If you have a chocolate flavored ‘milk’ beverage that would make this shake even better. This shake has about 35-40 grams of protein in it.  Enjoy!!!

Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Protein Shake.

Ingredients:

– 1 Ripe Banana.

– 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Power. Whey or Soy Are Best Post Workout.

– 2 Tablespoons Of Peanut Butter.

– 1 Cup Of Ice.

– 1 Heaping Teaspoon Of Creatine.

– 1 Cup Almond Milk.

Directions:

Peel Banana and Toss In Blender With The Rest Of The Ingredients.

– Blend For 2 Minutes.

– Drink Immediately.
