Vaute Couture.

Vaute Couture coats are the hotness. There are 2 that I want in a bad way but I am heavily considering a move to Hawai’i and don’t feel that spending $600 on winter coats is rational when this maybe my last winter here in the North East. Now if for some reason I don’t bust-a-move, those 2 coats will be mine, granted they have my size left. Anyways enough with my rambles. Vaute Couture is a vegan coat company, they make killer vegan coats for men and woman. All cruelty-free materials and eco-friendly materials, these beautiful coats are constructed by people who get paid a wage they can live on. No cheap labor used to make these coats, this is an ethical company from top to bottom 🙂

Founder Leanne Mai-Ly Hilgart has always been an animal lover and Vaute Couture is a fashionable extension of her compassion. Determined to make the tough winters of Chicago more fashionable she set out on a mission to create cruelty free alternatives to the wool and fur basics the winter brings. After many months of fabric research the right ones were picked as were the designs and Vaute Couture was born. Leanne has received much praise in both the vegan and fashion communities and she deserves every bit of it.

So if you live in a place where it gets cold, unlike Hawai’i then you should seriously consider investing in a Vaute Couture jacket. You will use it for years to come and no animals will be harmed in the process 😉 Vaute Couture Homepage.
