Get Lean With Go Lean.

Kashi Go Lean cereal is one of those things you love, hate or love to hate. It is sooo good for you but to some people it tastes like bland, nasty sticks of hay. I can see how some people may not take an initial shine to it but if you jazz it up a bit, it’s some good ish. Doing something as simple as trading dairy milk for vanilla almond or coconut milk changes the game instantly. Strawberries and blueberries also work really well with Go Lean, they create a nice mix of textures.

Go Lean’s nutrition profile is pretty amazing. There are only 140 calories per cup yet there manages to be 13 grams of (soy) protein and 10 grams of fiber. That is a lot of protein in fiber in only 1 cup of anything lol. It is sweetened a little, full of whole grains like buckwheat, rice and barley, the texture is pleasant and it is filling. It is also a good source of potassium, phosphorus, iron and it is all natural.

I am a super picky eater and I actually really like Go Lean. I am currently using Silk Vanilla Coconut Milk with it and I think it tastes amazing. If you have not done so give it a try, you may be surprised 🙂 Kashi Go Lean.
