My latest snack find comes in the form of Somersaults. These all natural, high fiber, high protein snacks are made with sunflower seeds and toasted grains. Not only are the good for you, they also taste amazing and are nut free and vegan. This snack is a round, crunchy disk-like nugget full of flavor and goodness.
With 6 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber, Somersaults are a healthy alternative to other snacks like chips and cookies. They will fill you up and keep you full, teamed up with a piece of fruit and a bottle of water make it the perfect mid morning on-the-go snack. Somersaults come in 5 different flavors; Pacific sea salt, cinnamon crunch, salty pepper, dutch cocoa and santa fe salsa. I have personally tried the cinnamon crunch ones and they are quite tasty, I would buy them again.
You can find Somersault Snacks at Whole Foods, Seattles Best Coffee, Peets Coffee and Tea, Wegmans and Vitamin Shoppe to name a few. There is also a store on their website that you can buy Somersaults from if you can’t find them in stores. Read more about them below…

This snack bag has AMAZING nutrition. With 3 g of dietary fiber and 6 grams of protein in each serving I was very impressed. I told myself I would have half the bag to not overindulge but then realized the whole bag has less than 300 calories and is a perfect morning or evening or even dessert snack if you are trying to watch the sugary sweet desserts. HIGHLY recommend this product!
